1) The FY 07 City Budget is now at the Reference Desk.

Please note that the set up the FY 07 budget is different than in past years. For each City department there are three categories Summary, Personnel Detail(with names) and Classification Detail. Department summaries are followed by department personnel detail which is followed by classification detail. Please see page A 1 of the Budget.

2) Federal Express is coming some time today (Monday) to pick up a package. The package will be held at the Reference Desk. There will be a form to fill out for delivery to a library in Mississippi. The address will be on the package and the Federal Express Account Number will be attached. Please track me down if there are any questions.
